Individuals who received COVID vaccination from the Corsicana Fire Department in 2021 may receive a letter when additional information is needed. The letter serves to obtain information related to insurance and consent to bill your insurance. Once we obtain the information, we will send out a claim to your insurance provider. You will not be charged for this service however; an administration fee will be sent to your insurance and we need your assistance in obtaining this needed information. If you have already provided this information you should not receive this letter.
